Hi everyone! Has anyone experienced issues with audio after the most recent Laerdal software update?

Hello! When trying to talk through our Sim Man ALS the other day the volume was definitely quiet (after recent software update). Haven't spoke through him before so not sure if it is a result of the update or what. What issues are you having?

That's interesting. Before starting LLEAP, we can talk through the manikin no problem, but intermittently inside LLEAP the speech is silent. The wonderful 3rd party engineers are working hard on resolving it. It seems to be working fine for the majority of the time, but the intermittent aspect is worrying. It might be more about Windows updates and firewalls than the SimMan side of things.
I'll keep you posted. If anyone else is experiencing issues it would be good to hear about it.

Solved! The engineers used their own wireless headphones into our Instructor PC while updating the software, and this messed with the computer's audio settings. Nothing to do with Laerdal's software at all.
However, I have switched to using a wireless monitoring system as the voice of SimMan, with a speaker stuck to the underside of his bed. This avoids the lag and delay issues I experienced when using SimMan's internal mics and speaker.
