A warm welcome from me too, we'll give this a try guys and see if it gives us what we're needing, i.e. an area where we can discuss ideas, problems, solutions etc and share and pool our knowledge and experience and drive this all forward

thanks David
hopefully it gives us the area we need to share knowledge, post problems and solutions that helps all of us
very happy to listen to everyones ideas with regards layout, name etc, i see this as a forum that belongs to all of us, that is moderated by a few of us, but has to be fit for purpose, and that i guess is down to all of us. i think theres a little bit of human nhs mentality that doesn't like to give stuff away for free but i think we are a small enough staff group that we can work away almost unseen and just do this and help develop each other and push clinical simulation, technology and technicians forward

to all the "guests" that drop by, a big thanks for taking the time to check out our first forum, please, please, feel free to join us.
we are a group of technicians (and other users) who currently work in clinical simulation all across Scotland, however we welcome and encourage people from all parts of the globe to share with us. we aim to share our knowledge, skills, experience, ideas, problems and solutions here and ultimately help drive each other and clinical simulation forward. That, i believe, will happen quicker and more thoroughly with more people taking part and sharing.
so please sign up, it takes only a few minutes and once accepted, usually within a few hours, you can start posting and sharing.
all the best,
Manikin Skywalker aka @5imtech1

I've shared with our other techs who don't do simulation full time, but are involved a lot in various different roles. Hopefully they'll pop on too.
